no Option to print receipt.

We are not getting a print receipt option after any transaction.  We have been using our square stand for almost 2 years with no issues. We can not print anything reports, tickets, receipts.  Our printer is showing as connected to the stand we just dont get a print option.  Any help with this would be great.

Hey @Dorkside, that's weird that the printer would start acting up now. 🤔

 

I have a few questions for you.

  • What kind of device are you using? 
  • if you're using an iPad are you using the Square Stand?  
  • Also is you're receipt printer USB, ethernet, or Bluetooth?
