My THIRD brand new square and contactless chip reader...we open in 15 days and have yet to get 1 good unit. This items accessories hub does not recognize anything. We purchased all the recommended hardware from square and everything is plugged in correctly. We plug the receipts printer into the accessories hub and there is no power....so we tried plugging it into the usb on our computer...its powers on with no issues....we move it back to the accessories hub on the stand...nothing.
We bought the recommended bluetooth scanner. it pairs fine and connects with the ipad...however the square for retail app wont recognize it. We have gone through ALL the help blogs, videos etc. We have 15 days to get this right. Have been dealing with a simple set up for WEEKS and have had nothing but issues. I'm 3 days away from cancelling my free trial, returing all this and going with someone else for our buisiness.
