Having trouble with my touch screen, i have to tilt the POS forward for a sale to be processed.
I have switched it over with one of my other POS systems on the same event and it worked fine in the other trailer and the other one did the same thing. Can it be a light sensitivity thing?
I'm so frustrated with this and I feel like a complete idiot in front of my customers.
Has anyone else had of having this problem.
By the way I have food trailers so it not in the one spot all the time.

Can you confirm whether you're seeing these issues on the Square Register or Square Terminal?
In terms of the device environment, where have you setup the device in your trailer? Is it close to any hot surfaces or metal machinery?
