Why hasn't my card reader arrived yet?

I have yet to recieve my card reader I was promised when I first signed up! I'd like to know when Square will send me my first card reader that is free! been 2 months of no transactions because of it!

It's possible your account hasn't been fully activated or the package got lost in the mail.

Ditto. It's been over 20 days and was supposed to be delivered on Jan 8th according to the tracker. In some kind of delivery limbo?
