Why does it say "No Sale" in my Transactions?

What does a no sale mean??? Why do I have transactions that have been canceled when I didn't cancel them?

Hey @a8ehrgott!

It sounds like you are actually pressing Charge within your app without a dollar amount. If you press "Charge $0.00" then "Confirm $0.00", it goes through as No Sale on your transactions list. It could be stemming from a pocket charge if you have the app open then put your phone in your pocket or if you just happen to accidentally press it without realizing it while checking out your clients. This doesn't negatively affect your account (except some extra lines on your Transactions reports) and it doesn't mean any of your transactions are getting cancelled.
