Hi @MaryFMiller - so sorry to hear about the delay. While I'm not able to see your specific order tracking from this platform, I do think I can bring some clarity to the Magstripe Reader shipping process.
Square magstripe readers typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered, but because we use two separate shipping entities, there can sometimes be shipping-related delays with USPS when transferring over.
If you need a reader before the expected delivery date, you can purchase one at a participating retailer near you. While they do cost $10 in stores, you’ll find a $10 redemption code within the packaging of the Square Reader for magstripe which you can enter at Square.com.
If your shipment has already exhausted the 7-10 business day timeline, feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team. They will take a deeper dive into your order and help you get this resolved.
