What is your average wait time for a check payment to post to your account?

I noticed the website states 1 to 6 days for funds to be available for check deposits, but I have never seen one process faster than 6 days, has anyone had faster processing with checks? Seems to be a 6 day standard wait time, I would change the 1 to 6 day statement as it is misleading. It would be better to state 4 to 6 days based on the support given for check validation.
