I use 2 Square stands with 2 epson printers connected to each. We were using the Square restaurant POS, but all of a sudden the printers are disconnected from one of the stations and it’s not printing out anything. Fortunately the other station/printers are working, but it’s been 5 days and it hasn’t been fixed. I performed all troubleshooting (ex. Replug, restart iPad, delete and download app, etc.). Does anyone know how to fix this?
