Unable to add terms of service on Subscription

I have a client debating the terms of my monthly subscription because although the terms are written on my website they aren't detailed when they purchase the subscription.

 2 spray tans a month

minimum of 3 month commitment

tans roll over while membership is active.

There's no way to put these details on the subscription

This seems like a major legal flaw, @isabelle could you bring this up with the appropriate team as this seems extremely important to fix. We need a way to list the terms of a subscription on the subscription purchase page to ensure businesses are legally covered.

Hey there @lauranadeau14 if you are using Online Checkout for your Subscriptions, these terms would go within the Details section of the Link.

This can be achieved via the Checkout Links section of the Dashboard.

I am having a hard time figuring out how to sell the subscription on our Weebly e-commerce website... I would love to have a dynamic page with terms, description and photo... am I missing something?  I didn't see the details listed in the how-to article.

At this time, Subscriptions at Square are handled with Square Online Checkout. While you can embed a link to the Respective link, A dynamic page is currently considered a feature request @DinaLRosenberg. This is in the roadmap for Square Online but no current updates at this time.

I understand that. it is incredibly frustrating because I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get clients to sign up to a subscription without having it features on our website.. it' a huge, wasted opportunity which now requires us to hire a designer to create a page and embed a link instead of it being a create-click-go.
