Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5" compatibility?

Can anyone confirm whether the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5" is compatible with the contactless Square Reader?  Thanks.

Hi @raconteur - Have you checked out our device compatibility page? If your device is listed there, great! This means your device is fully tested and compatible with POS. 

If you don't see your device there, this means that the team has not be able to fully test that particular device and it may not be compatible with POS.

Thanks Katie.  The device compatibility page was the first place I looked.  I used it as a starting point for makes and models of tablets to consider buying, to replace my old Nexus 10.

Anyway, the good news is the Tab A 10.5" does appear to be compatible.  I took my card reader into an electronics retailer and the assistant let me install the Square app on a demo tablet to check it could discover and connect to the reader, which it could.
