Login required repeatedly

Since the new update I have had two sign back in repeatedly if I go to another app on my phone sometimes if the screen just goes blank or it's been awhile. How can I avoid having to keep signing in? Anybody have an idea? Thanks in advance for any help

Hey @Lionsteve

That's not what should be happening, as you're only signed out of the app if you do so manually by hitting sign out from the settings, or if you change your password. 

Have you tried updating your operating system on the device you're using?

And is this happening on multiple devices or just one?

This is also happening to our system which is running on an Ipad in the UK
