We’ve been made aware of an issue impacting 2-step verification text message notifications (SMS). Our Engineers are actively working to implement a fix.

We've implemented a fix! We will still be monitoring this issue until it's been marked as fully resolved - but you should be receiving 2-step authentication codes via text message as normal.

I have several customers complaining that the 2 factor authentication is not working. Can this be fixed, or better yet turned off by me some how? Thanks!

I have a client who is not getting the authentication code when he is trying to create his account online. I have no idea how to help him get this working. any suggestions would be great.

Could you please make this 2 Factor Authentication and OPT IN, rather than the "Pestering" on the screen? We've had it "accidentally" turned on twice now and do not want/need this feature . I have been previously informed that there was a plan to have this fixed/changed with next update. (Which we just had - and alas, it still pops up periodically) Any update?
