Mobi2Go: If someone removes a modifier from an order, that isn't communicated to the kitchen printer

Has anyone had success ingetrating with Mobi2Go? We have it connected and somewhat working. Problem is when someone is removing an item from the menu it isn't being passed to the printer.

For example: Order a grilled ham and cheese > Remove Ham > Purchase > Ticket Prints as Grilled Ham and Cheese with no modifier.

Expectation: Order Grilled Ham and Cheese where ticket prints: Grilled Ham and Cheese REMOVE HAM.

We have had spotty response from Mobi2Go which has been lackluster. We have followeed all the instructions with no luck.


We have success with ordering and adding modifiers to the ticket. It only fails when trying to remove a modifier.

We have verified that the PLUs match between systems.

Huge long shot to see if anyone else has had same issue..
