Are customers still sent recurring invoices if they carry no balance?

Say I have someone set up for a monthly invoice but one month they don't use my services and so don't carry a balance. Are they still sent an invoice?

At this time, recurring invoices will only stop sending out when they reach the end date that a seller has set. If a recurring invoice is sent out but you don't need to collect that payment for that customer, you can cancel it from the Invoices tab.
