Made sale in person, not showing up on Etsy

Hello, I had an event today. For reference, I have a square account, synced to my Etsy account. Many listings. I sold 7 orders on my Square app, found the listings, made the transactions. Usually when I do this, the sales show up automatically on my Etsy app. None of today's sales showed up on Etsy.  Contacted Etsy support, they can't seem to figure it out. Square support told me to contact Etsy. Has anyone else had this problem? I've disconnected and reconnected, I've synced my listings, I've retarted my apps, restarted my phone. I dont know what else to try.

Is this issue still occurring today? I have just been speaking to an Australian Seller who has integrated with Etsy that ran into the same problem. After some time, they found the data eventually synced across to Etsy but I don't think this took more than 24 hours. 

While we're unable to troubleshoot this integration via the Seller Community platform, the first step we would recommend would be to reach out to Etsy, as they manage the integration. If they're unable to assist you, we'll need you to record your support ticket number from Etsy Support and quote this when discussing the issue with our Support Team for further troubleshooting.
