Was going to give a refund to a customer and then we decided to go ahead with the job but I told them to give him the refund but it hasn't happened and it's still on my account can I stop it

@1Thedrywallguy1 once you hit issue refund and it shows in on the pos app or on your dashboard, you can't take it back.  Generally refunds take a day or 2 to process but can take up to a week depending on the time of day, holidays, and the bank.  You will need to run a new transaction.
