Lenovo Tab M7 gen3 not card reader not supported.
Hi, i have just purchase a Lenovo Tab M7 gen3. When trying to connect to the card reader i get green lights then an orange message 'Reader unavailable:secure session denial. Which results in a Device not supported triangle.
I have rebooted the Tab, I have reinstalled Square software and disconnected from bluetooth.
Any help here would be much appreciated

Not every device will be compatible with our hardware. We recommend starting with some device and app troubleshooting - you'll want to make sure your app and device are both up-to-date.
We test as many devices as we can - you can confirm device compatibility by looking for your device here - if the device is not listed here, that means we haven't tested it, and cannot guarantee compatibility.
