can customers pay for multiple appointments but book at a later date?
Hi, is it possible for a customer to purchase 5 sessions at one time book only book an appointment for 1 session. So the remainder stay in their account to book at a future time.

I noticed it's your first post! Welcome to our community and thanks for writing in.
We don't currently have the option for customers to book in packages of multiple appointments to be redeemed at a later date. This is a feature request we're currently tracking, so we'll be sure to send out an update if this becomes available in the future.
In the meantime, you can create Recurring Appointments from your Appointments Calendar, or the Appointments app from your end. This is ideal for customers who'd come in in regular intervals, e.g every week. Learn more about Recurring Appointments here.

I understand your frustration @KINZEN. Unfortunately, we don't have an update on customers being able to book recurring appointments yet. We'll be sure to update this thread as soon as we have news.
