How to retrieve my categories

I deleted the "All Items" category on the side navbar and all my other categories are not being displayed anymore. Is there a way to retrieve them back?  or to "undo" the latest changes?

HI, since the Shop All is standard to all stores it just needs to be added back on the Navigation.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Header, Navigation, Navigation Links, +Add Navigation Link, Links to: Shop All, Name-Shop All, back arrow, Done.

Can someone please help. I have accidentally removed my "Shop All" link and now I can't access my Category pages in the Edit Site screen. I've read the thread above and tried to add the link back through Navigation but the "Shop All" is not an option in the dropdown menu. How do I fix this please?
