Nightmare situation, where my original account with Venmo they never told me it had to be a brick and mortar bank. I had a brick and mortar bank account, which I entered all the information for the account and they said the Venmo card for transfers would work. Went through the verification process it instant transfer every time I hit it it tells me I have to enter my brick and mortar bank account again and on the second try, I entered my debit card for the brick and mortar bank just to make sure it wasn’t the Venmo card now 14+ days of them holding onto my money I can’t get any help or results through anything
