Auto generated POs are gone?
Hello,
My auto generated PO's are gone from my dashboard, it doesn't seem to show items near out of stock or the auto generated PO's
Was there an update?

Yes we were just on the phone with "square support" for over 2 hours and were told that this feature is no longer available. Under our dashboard inventory setting it still shows the option to turn the feature on and off. It is also listed in Square Support online.

Hi there, @JTPets and @Est2008 - I'm sorry to hear that you both ran into this issue with your Purchase Orders 😞
I reached out to one of our engineers for Square for Retail and they let me know that everything's currently looking good from our end. But that doesn't imply there was never an issue, to begin with. It may have been resolved since you posted. Additionally, the Automatic Purchase Orders feature is still available in the Square for Retail Plus and Platinum tiers so I do apologize for the misinformation from who you spoke with over the phone, @Est2008, as well as the long wait time 😓
Are either of you still unable to access your Purchase Orders at this time?

It's back, but it appears to need a reset of each vendor to re predict

As i said, its back, but its showing as if many more items need to be reordered than need to be reordered right now. They are not high velocity and should not need replen, however I believe that once you generate a PO for a vendor it will auto correct moving forward.

Everything is currently working on our end. But as mentioned during the down time we were unable to get reliable information from the folks at the call center. One issue we are having is that the auto PO quantitative amounts change after you save it as a draft.

@_Violet I still seem to be having a issue with out of stock reporting items that are not out of stock

If you haven't already, please reach out directly to our Support Team for further assistance by logging into your Square account and heading here. They will be able to gather some information from you to create a support ticket. Then, our engineers can take a closer look into this behavior and determine what's causing it.

Not sure if this is the right thread. I have Square for Retail Plus. Is there an option when creating a PO to automatically add all SKU's related to that vendor? I used to use other inventory mgmt. software (Stitchlabs) and it made my life so much easier. I am doing it one by one now and it's really annoying.

Hey there @foggynotion I completely understand the frustration, that is time-consuming!
But right now the ability to automatically add SKUs associated with the vendor is not available on Square for Retail. I currently don't see a feature request like this on our Ideate Board, and would definitely submit your request there!
