We are looking forward to a bright future ahead with many projects From the Artists, For the Collective. We started using square to easily invoice our artists for rental agreements of the space and are very excited about how easy and organized this will make the experience. Thank you!

My business partner has a couple businesses in Fort Collins, and is opening up a third. Do your artists work on murals?

Hello T.J Iโ€™m Maurice iโ€™m owner and operator of neblett LLC. My team and I provide private security services that range form locksmithing, electronic security and roadside services in Virginia. I agree with the invoice satisfaction for squareโ€™s invoice capability . I appreciate the option to send an electronic invoice or receipt to our customers especially During these trying times. I have customers whoโ€™s preference is paper copy receipt or invoice. I supply them with our in-house invoice but also we provide an option for our all of our customers that they can obtain a receipt  and thatโ€™s awesome. I believe Square has a great platform and can advance at will. Itโ€™s easy and manageable with various POS centered options.

Hi just wanted to say welcome as well. Invoices is the bulk of my billing for my consulting LLC. Donโ€™t forget to check out the contracts portion of your dashboard where you can write custom contracts using templates that are editable not edible lol but seriously you can put together custom contracts by editing existing templates and mixing and match for each unique situation. I can only imagine that no 2 sales of gallery or community leased space will be exactly identical. My transactions are all ona customer need basis as well. So anyway this tool could be super helpful to the terms and conditions of each lease and you can attach them directly to the estimate or invoice you have already prepared. Ok Best of luck and if I am ever in your neck of the woods I would love to check out some local art until thenโ€ฆ sending money vibes in your direction ๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿค‘ Best of Luck - Lady Foxtrot

As a Children's Boutique owner whose online sales have increased greatly over the last year. I'd love more tips, dialogue, and other information on Square's relationship with e-com platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, etc. As we grow and rely on them to host our sites it's important that payment processing and inventory which is managed by Square is as seamless as possible. Currently, we face issues where Square isn't keeping the inventory updated either in-store or online and it creates issues with orders. Being able to provide feedback or test new features would be amazing.

I too have had issues with the inventory being "off" . I just always double check the shelves before I proceed with their purchase. I have had to tell a customer that the product actually was not in stock.

On that note I feel that the inventory tracker is mostly on target which is an important feature. It is important not only for customer orders, but it making sure that we keep adequate inventories in the store to keep our cash flow optimized.

Hi!

My name is Kerri Rush and I own Fresh Wheatgrass Girl, LLC. I am a farmer and chef with retail sales done mostly at our local farmers market. I am excited to share techniques I have learned to keep my business "growing" and also learn from others as to how to maximize Square because I feel that there are so many options and tools that I don't use because I get stuck in what works for me. I'd like to know more about the website building, marketing, gift cards and the customer loyalty programs. I'd love to learn from other small businesses like mine and share with them as well!

Peace, Love & Wheatgrass,

Kerri

Hi, Annette Smith with Mint Hill Coffee & Social House.  I would love to see best practices on organizing menus on Square for Restaurants.  Best Practices and success stories on using the Marketing component. Any other success stories available.  I have a square register which I really like but it maddens me that some of the awesome features of some of the plans are not available with it.  I would love to hear how others have over come these obstacles.  In general, I check out the sellers community to see if there are questions being asked and answered that I haven't thought of yet and see if they apply.  Everyone has encountered so many different things I love to learn from others experiences.  Best of luck in your business everyone!

Hi! I'm Stefanie.  I own and operate Angels Attic Resale & Consignment in Forsyth, IL.

We've been in business for a year and a half.  Started using Square about a year ago and I love it!  Keeps everything simple!!!!  I use your categories for different consignors & I especially LOVE that I can have a picture with each item so I know what I should be looking for should I need to go hunt it down.  And the website side of it...THANK YOU!!  It's so hard to keep costs down nowadays and by being able to use a website that links everything together is such a blessing!

I would like to see small business tips, celebrations that others post, & maybe a fun fact posted every once in a while.

Hi, we are Teddie & Jose. Jose grew up in Washington State in a typical Mexican American family. I grew up in Las Cruces, NM, in a cRaZy Mexican American family. When we got married, we became the Two Mexs in Texas. Our small business name is our nickname. We want to get more involved in the seller community and discover ways to network and learn better business practices. Our business is small, but our hearts are big. We are willing to share what we have learned. We started making dehydrated salsa for family and friends about two years ago. We knew when we decided to sell salsa; it had to be first, delicious, and second, eco-friendly. Our dehydrated salsa contains no allergens, added sugar, or gluten. We do not use preservatives, additives, or imported spices in our mix.   We take pride in offering a well-made product using ingredients found in our beautiful border region (Texas & New Mexico). Our Southwest kitchen and home accessories reflect the local area and sell off the shelf at every market. Please stop by and see us or visit our square website twomexsintexas.com. Let us know where you are from. Who knows, maybe we have a sibling who lives there too? Between us, we have 13 siblings!

Hello!  I make high quality handmade soaps.  I have used Square for over four years.  I have loved every minute of it!  My online sales deposit seamlessly into my bank and at my open houses I use two Square credit card readers to keep the lines short.  I recently hired my first employee and I am using Square Payroll to manage all the timesheets and tax forms.  It is so easy to see everything on one dashboard--THANK YOU Square.

I have also just launched a Faire.com wholesale store.  What I would love to see is a connection between square and WIX to keep my inventory up to date and with Faire.com.  It is a wish I know but I see they connect with Spotify and wonder if it would help me to have it connect to my Square.

Thanks again for all you have done to keep the yucky accounting stuff off my plate so I can just make beautiful soap.

Hello, I'm Missy. We are a CBD Retailer, The Twisted Wildflower. I got on here to find more info on a merchant processor. We are using Square and I had to find an alternative. I went through Pinwheel and it ended up taking me to Square to complete sign up.....hopefully it's the end of the line. I love the support on here, that's what I want to keep seeing.

DO NOT USE SQUARE FOR CBD. They will keep your money. it is a scam, there is Zero customer service. If you do choose to enroll in their cbd program just know i told you here. i was accepted into cbd program but there is zero humans at square, completely outsourced. They are holding a good portion of all my business funds. all im selling is seed. i am a hemp breeder. Square is terrible. Look into "Pacific payments northwest". Nice, friendly, available, human company.

Wow! I was very opposed to Square pushing CBD because a) most CBD products are low quality/high filler/ lousy substrate so they donโ€™t absorb, and I was suspicious of the brand, b) itโ€™s best sold by people with an understanding of medical uses and drug interactions. For some bizarre reason itโ€™s become a hot thing to sell and make money and as a healthcare provider it makes me cringe.

I have two good, trusted brands I carry in my clinic. I donโ€™t sell to the general public, and Iโ€™m up front about what it can and canโ€™t do.

Hello I am the owner of a salon and clothing boutique in Florida called A'Nai Clothing Company, I utilize square in both of my businesses and I am most happy with the low cost for processing credit card transactions compared to other providers, I would like to see more device compatibilities instead of mainly apple products, I loved the idea of the photo editing app to assist with the ecommerce site but sadly I could not use it because I had an older model IPad and Android devices were not compatible which was very disappointing to me because it seemed to do exactly what I was looking for and needed! .
