Exporting ALL data from reports
Is there a way to export the greyed out sub categories in reports. Items like Service charges and the list of payment methods do not get represented in exported reports and instead only the totals are exported. Is there a way to get that data exported as well?

@Rp3 ;
How are your exporting these reports? You might only be seeing a Summary report if you are downloading from Reports.
Try downloading the Transactions CSV.
to do this:
From your Dashboard - Transactions - select the time frame then Export and from the Drop down choose Transactions CSV.
This will give you the information for Type of Payment.
Here are the Headers of the Transactions CSV File
Date | Time | Time Zone | Gross Sales | Discounts | Service Charges | Net Sales | Gift Card Sales | Tax | Tip | Partial Refunds | Total Collected | Source | Card | Card Entry Methods | Cash | Square Gift Card | Other Tender | Other Tender Type | Other Tender Note | Fees | Net Total | Transaction ID | Payment ID | Card Brand | PAN Suffix | Device Name | Staff Name | Staff ID | Details | Description | Event Type | Location | Dining Option | Customer ID | Customer Name | Customer Reference ID | Initial Fees | Adjustment Fees | Device Nickname | Fee Plan | Number of Adjustments | Adjustment Date(s) | Third Party Fees | Deposit ID | Deposit Date | Deposit Details | Fee Percentage Rate | Fee Fixed Rate | Refund Reason | Discount Name | Transaction Status | Cash App | Order Reference ID | Fulfillment Note |
Now if this does not give you the Details Like Service Charges you may need to Download the Items Detail CSV file from the above Drop down also.
Here are the Headers for the Items Detail Csv file:
Date | Time | Time Zone | Category | Item | Qty | Price Point Name | SKU | Modifiers Applied | Gross Sales | Discounts | Net Sales | Tax | Transaction ID | Payment ID | Device Name | Notes | Details | Event Type | Location | Dining Option | Customer ID | Customer Name | Customer Reference ID | Unit | Count | GTIN | Itemization Type | Commission | Employee | Fulfillment Note |
Now since Square POS / Retail does not allow Subcategories I am not sure if the Subcategory information will show up or not for you.

Message 2 has this information in it from above.
From your Dashboard - Transactions - select the time frame then Export and from the Drop down choose the Items Detail CSV file. The red arrows show the 2 columns you asked about. By following the downloading this will put the information in a CSV file which is a spreadsheet file.
