Epson printers printing very slow and customer order ticket printing last
Epson printers and printing very slow since last update.
Also customer order stubs have started to print after the kitchen order is printed used to be printed first

When you have a moment, I'd recommend checking that both your device, and Square App, are running on the most up to date software available. It might also be worth checking what your internet connection is looking like, if you're using a network / wifi printer - if you've got several devices connected, this may impact printing speed, too.

1. Sign in to your Square account
2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact
3. Go to "Other" then "I don't see my issue"
4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
