Edit/Move Columns in Customer directory

Hello dev team.

I am trying to make a simple change in the view of the customer directory online. When the directory comes up the first field is Name. This is a locked column.  There are only 10 other columns which is fine for now. One of them is company. When I add it it only stays to the right hand side and it seems any other column header I choose has its fixed place. For now I would like to at least move the company column over next to the name column. Is this a possible fix?

Thanks for sharing about this @Ericjamerson ! I double checked with our directory team and confirmed that the columns aren't moveable (as it sounds like you probably figured out by now.) They're aware that this feature request has come up a few times and it's something they're looking into. So thanks for bringing it up again!
