Does the cancellation/no show fee get charged to a client who cancels if I scheduled the appointment
If I schedule the appointment for a customer instead of them logging in and scheduling themself, if they cancel, do they still get charged the no show or cancellation fee or does that only apply to appointments scheduled by the customer? I do hair and I often book for the client but still need the protection from cancellation

Yes. While making the appointment, at the bottom you need to select No-show protection and have the customers card on file. This is assuming you have your settings correct in appointments for no show protection. Then if the customer cancels the appointment in less time allowed then what you have set up for, they will be charged. How ever, doing it this way without a written consent, you leave yourself open to the charges being disputed.
