Do I receive a message when a customer books an appointment on my website?
A customer booked an appointment on my website but I never received a message or an alert on my phone or email address, so I missed the appointment. I logged in to my square account and noticed the appointment notifications, but it was too late

Yeah, I'd like to see a feature like this as well.
I'd like an option to turn on a SMS reminder that gets sent to me at some specified time before the appointment. If I got a text reminder at the same time the client does, that would work too.

Maybe check your notification settings? I just set up Appointments yesterday with the feature that I must approve all requested appointments and did the initial test appointment with myself -- I received a text notification of it immediately and an email notification a few minutes later. I had a friend book a test appointment as well and had the same notification results.
