@Ron's explanation is correct. We work in partnership with package delivery companies to deliver the free readers and it typically takes 10 days for the reader to arrive.
To get a reader immediately, your best bet is to visit a retail store. (It's very likely there's one nearby.) The readers are $10, but you'll receive a $10 redemption code.
