Appointments: Can I enable no show protection and pre-payment for a free service?

I have a free styling service and add on packages that I would like to accept prepayments for. It’s not allowing me to use no show protection for the free appointment if I also want to charge for the paid services.. any suggestions? The paid services are truly add on packages but that is also not available.

No, it's not possible to do this. In order to set up a cancellation fee your service must have a price.
