I've been developing some new menu items over December ready for the new year & just adding them to the menu now.
They're all plant based, so some totally new & some tweaks on the regular to make them fully vegan.
It's the first time I've tied this in with the new year & a lot of peoples move to be more sustainable so anyone else do this? What's been your experiences in the past?
