Fellow Candian.  I have also thought about this, and many location in USA have this and I always feel like Canadians get the hard end on items

I'm assuming this is not possible for us Canadians at this time?  Can anyone from @Square confirm this?  @lornaz  @Pesso

Hey @MathDoctor, this is a great idea, and something we definitely want to enable in the future. Unfortunately, right now we donโ€™t support gift cards as a rewards type.

Regarding pricing options, Iโ€™d recommend checking out this Support Center article as we used a tiered based structure for pricing. Hope that helps, but let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.

We are finding it difficult to figure out what things our customers have qualified for because we've setup the points to be able to redeem several items at each point level. We sell ice cream so for 10 points, they can get a small milkshake or a small sundae or a large soda etc. On the POS when you go to redeem rewards - it just shows you some boxes and you have to guess at which one will redeem the correct item. Is there a way to set it up to be easier for the redeeming process? My staff are constantly confused. IMG_6858.jpg

If there could be some way to automate how many times a customer has come in to my business for a service. I can give then automate a free service after a certain amount of the same service.
Thank you
