How do you enter information in the team member notes box in payroll?

Hey there, @brb2000 -
Welcome to the Community!
There is an option to add a memo or note to an employee’s pay stubs when running payroll.
From the Hours and Earnings step of the Run Payroll screen:
- Click the three-dotted icon on the right side of the Gross Income column > Add Memo.
- Enter your memo or note. This will be displayed in your employee’s pay stub and cannot be edited afterwards.
- Click Done when finished and continue running payroll as usual.
