Using a Google Group for a team member email address

I am adding a new team member. I would like to use a Google Group instead of a standard email address. It has the same format as a standard email@domain.com address, and it should be able to receive the link that Square sends out to new team members prompting them to create a password. 

 

I have tried it out. The group does not receive the account creation link. Does anyone know if this is supported or not?

@Shoptalk Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community! I would check the spam folder to see if it's hiding in there, because there should not be any limitations to emails used for team management members. You can also try resending the email and/or deleting that team role and just try creating it fresh to see if the email comes through.
