How do you enter information in the team member notes box in payroll?

Welcome to the Community!

 

There is an option to add a memo or note to an employee’s pay stubs when running payroll.
From the Hours and Earnings step of the Run Payroll screen:

  1. Click the three-dotted icon on the right side of the Gross Income column > Add Memo.
  2. Enter your memo or note. This will be displayed in your employee’s pay stub and cannot be edited afterwards.
  3. Click Done when finished and continue running payroll as usual.
