I canceled my free trial of square texting plus almost an hour after signing up for it. I canceled over the phone speaking to a live person. They are still charging me (twice now.) After saying they'd refund, they instead charged me again and I can't get anyone to help me. Has anyone dealt with this? I'm starting to look into other booking platforms since the customer service is so bad now.

The on the left side menu there is a Line titled Pricing & Subscriptions
From the main dashborad you would select Account and Settings > then the Pricing and Subscriptions.
You can then click on Manage and then Unsubscribe so you can do this yourself.
Since I do not work for Square I am not sure how to assist you farther with getting a refund from Square besides calling support which is in my signature line below.
