" I agree to these terms" tick box for checkout

I've searched and haven't found a current resolve for this. 

I have a subscription checkout for my weebly site. By law and merchant requirement, I have to allow visitors to check a "I agree to these terms and conditions" box for checkout. 

I don't see this option in the store settings and setup. 

Advise about this missing feature?

Hi @onandoffscreen This is not an available feature at this time, but we do appreciate the feedback.

Well, it has been a year and a half and it is still not an option with no explanation as to why it can't be implemented.
