purchase confirmation pop-up

Hi there I've just set up my store and have tested out the payment process - noticed that there is no confirmation pop-up to advise whether the payment has been successful it just goes to a blank screen? the email confirmations worked but concerned about whether this will cause an issue/confusion on purchase and wondering where i can set up the option for the pop-up?

Hey there! After purchasing you should see a payment confirmation screen. Are you not seeing that?

Hi Adam,

I am experiencing the same issue as the user above. After testing out the payment process with a free item, I get redirected to a blank page instead of receiving a confirmation message. I tried with different browser as well as on a different laptop, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on a possible solution?

Hi @hoxton253 I believe this has to do with custom themes. Can you please try to revert your site back to a standard Weebly theme, publish, then test out checkout?
