Why Support Center never send back mail?
I sent email form "WEEBLY HELP CENTER Submit a request" many times.
But they don't give me any response even confirmation screen and auto response.
I called and wain 20 minutes, but they don't receive.
How can I contact them?
I paid them but service is stuck, because email function doesn't work.
So, I sent e mail them many times.

What email address were you using with the form, @YT1? I see one request in our system from the email address on your account, which got a reply back on December 6th.

But on the management screen, it dodn't proceed.

I have used GoDaddy before and maybe I'm spoiled but I get a response immediately from them which is how I treat my customers also! I decided to use eHost for my new business and find it time consuming and not as easy as they told me. When I went with eHost, I was on live chat several times asking questions. They were always quick. However, after I paid for my domain and subscribed to eHost, I get zero help without waiting up to 2 hours for live chat to respond. I thought about changing to HostGator and couldn't even get a sales support person on live chat in 2 hours so they don't want my business! I reviewed several options online with Weebly sounding like just what I was looking for. HOWEVER, I emailed Weebly nearly 2 days ago and no response except they would get back to me. That's not acceptable if I am to become your PAID customer. I was ready to jump from eHost to Weebly but now I am skeptical. Why can't someone get back to me to make me a new customer or not?

I also cannot get any help from "support" and the live chat seems to always be offline. What's up Weebly??

Hi Adam. I can see Weebly no longer offer live phone support to customers outside the U.S. and only offer email support. I need help with a problem with one of my websites that is displaying incorrectly (in the mobile format, which should be displaying in the desktop format). In the past Weebly have not responded to my email support tickets. Are you able to help? Warm regards, Glen

I have the same issue. I have phone support with my subscription and they won't allow any calls. They continuously disconnect chat sessions, too. Weebly has turned out to be a huge disappointment. We're moving to Shopify. The sad part is they don't care at all. They have so many customers that losing a couple is no big deal.
