Where do you add a coupon?

I'm not seeing the drop down for Coupon under Items. Where do I go to add a coupon for a product? '

Thanks for your post, @ReadySetGoWeb.

I think this is because you're an editor of the site and not the site owner. I wasn't aware of this feature being available only for the site owner, though they should be able to add the coupons you need added.
