Weebly not charging shipping - Weebly will not fix problem

I have a small online business with a Weebly website. I sell items to customers and charge shipping based on the weight of the item. I have all my shipping setting set up correctly. Though Weebly continues to not charge my customers any shipping cost, and I still have to pay for that out of my pocket. It is a glitch on Weebly's end and I have been on the phone with them multiples times for hours on end and they have not fixed the issue. I have also been emailing them, giving them the order# each time that the glitch occurs again, and they have given no response. A few months ago they said the engineers were "working on it" and now they are refusing to give an update on the situation.

I am losing a lot of money because of this and I am a small business, not to mention how much I pay Weebly for my website. I expect a lot better customer service than this, as I have been a customer of Weebly for a long time.

Thanks for reaching out, @fabricstudio I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your website. Can you let us know the site address, and example order number? I can see if I can get an update if there is an open bug for this.

This is happening to us too. Not all orders. Seems random. On those same orders we are unable to mark orders and shipped. "Mark as shipped" button does not appear. We are only able to mark the orders that do not charge shipping as "completed"
