Variations doesn't show up on Weebly store

Hi,

I have a Weebly-Square website and Square Community manager told me to ask here On some products, I have variations showing up. But some other products doesn't show variations. It looks like products with a lot of variations are buggy.

On the buggy products, variations are showing without the names on Weebly but the variations HAVE names on Square. I don't understand.

Also, my stock in not syncing anymore. It's just syncing during hours without syncing. But 2 days ago it worked. Square-Weebly thing have so much problem working sometimes...

Hello. The second link you posted is not pulling up an active page. How were you previously syncing your items?  Your account uses the older editor and does not have real-time syncing capabilities. You are able to import the items, though. Is this how you initially setup your products?

The broken link was a buggy product, so i deleted it. 

I'm not sure to understand your question, but here's my workflow:

- creating products on square;

- go to Item Library;

- Import Items;

- Import from square.

Each time I create a new Item on Square, ys, I re-import my stock to Square. Is it possible to upgrade my editor to the newer without paying more ?

Also, I started the stock syncing friday, today it's still running but nothing is syncing. It's impossible to create new item nor updating nor replace buggy item...

The sync you are using was deprecated by our engineering team - I'm actually surprised it still works. If you create a Square Online store then we can help move your site upgrade over to the new site for you. Is your Weebly account under the same email address as your Square account? If so, change the email address on one of the first or you'll get a message saying you can't start one.

Just to be sure. If I create a new Square website, I can move all of my website easily without any changes? Or will there be a lot of things to do? We worked for days on our website...

It's not possible to upgrade the actual store ?

You would need to rebuild the sites in the new editor. The new editor is a little more limited as far as design options go, but definitely better from an ecommerce perspective since it will sync in real time.

How do I fix my variations problems and the not-syncing-anymore issue? It gets urgent.

Variations not showing up is something that our support team should investigate because it sounds like a bug. Sync issues, unfortunately, are likely to not be looked into since that sync was deprecated. 

If you do choose to create a new Square Online site, that does include sync and the items in your Square account will all sync over automatically. While you'll need to build some of the website end of things again, store pages will automatically be created so you don't have to remake everything.

Like thaht, i could work on a new website without losing my online presence.

Also, how come I use the old version of the e-commerce tool while I created my website just few months ago? How come it did not update my website ?

Also,

I tried to create a new website form Weebly. When i click "Import" it shows the exact same thing as my other website ("Import from Square")

How do you create a new website with the newest version as you told me? Since Square?

Oh, I think that may be because of where you are located. You can only create a Square Online store if you're un the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Japan. Hopefully this will change in the future, though!

It is possible to create a new website, then move over your paid services to that when you are ready.
