Unable to edit refund info on customer emails

After a customer complained that our refund notice states that: refunds can take 3 to 5 days. 

When in actuality, with Square card processing, it can take up to 7 business days. And says (which I find important and should be included), "please note that business days do not include weekends and bank holidays"and he did not see his refund yet. 

I tried to edit this field but I am unable to edit it or even delete it and put in a new field. 

This info on the refund notice should jibe with what the card processor states to avoid customer confusion and complaints.

I'm taking a look into this for you. Can you please clarify which site you are referring to? Is it your performance site, and can you also confirm the order number? Thanks!
