UK customers are reporting problems
I offer free worldwide shipping for the products on my site. I'm in the US, but have a lot of UK customers. A number of customers have recently reported that they are getting messages like "we don't ship to your region" when they try to make purchases. I've had a look, and from what I can see I have things set up correctly, but either I don't or there is some other kind of glitch. Some UK orders are also coming through...
I really need to get to the bottom of this.

Im in UK and gave it a go - got all the way through the checkout up to the paypal bit (which i did not want to do of course!), everything looked ok with UK address! Unless its the paypal bit, i think you need to ask your customer exactly where the problem is and what the message is?

Yes, I've been trying to do that - but it takes a certain kind of customer to explain clearly what happened! Thanks so much for checking it out. Hopefully it's sorted.
