The address on my store can't be changed. I click 'edit' and it remains greyed out.

I need to change the physical premises address on my store settings however even after I click on 'edit' the info remains grey and I can't change it. It now has the wrong address.

Hi @FurryFriend. There's a few different areas to update the contact information. Can you please confirm the exact page you are trying to edit?

I was able to click "edit" on the General tab in your account and the lines were available to edit. Can you please try opening the editor in a different browser in private/incognito mode?
