Subcategories and items disappear from order page on regular basis

Subcategories and their items will regularly disappear from my published Order Now/product page.  So far, the only way I've found to get them back is to add, save, and then remove an item (any will do) from the first subcategory of each parent category.

Frequency of this issue has been ~1x/week on average, although this week we've seen it 3 times already.

Really hoping there's a permanent solution to this issue, as my four retail stores cannot sell product if it's not consistenly visible to customers.

This sounds like a possible bug... Can you please submit a ticket to our support team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center? Can you also post an example here? We can look into it, but it definitely does not sound like typical behavior and will most likely need to be escalated by support to the advanced team.
