Stopped getting order emails and no Shippo orders either

A few weeks ago I stopped getting email notifications when I had a new order through my Weebly site.  Haven't seen this in all the years I've been with Weebly.  AND, now, these orders are also not going through to Shippo....nothing.  I tried synching but still nothing.  The last Weebly order that synched with Shippo was 2 weeks ago.

I'm just so tired of these kinds of problems.

UPDATE: Just after submitting this question to the help community....Shippo finally posted my missing recent orders. Too late for all but today's order. No clue if the 'glitch' has been fixed by Weebly, but I will update if it seems like Weebly is working with Shippo again. STILL not getting emailed order notifications.

That's odd, @mary8961 - it seems like it might be two different issues that happened to coincide. Are your order email notifications going to your spam folder?

Holy %$*&^$#!...I never thought I'd be one of 'those people' who suddenly doesn't get certain emails that they'd always gotten in the past and then DOESN'T check the spam folder. They were there.  I don't see an emoji for embarrassed eye rolling...but that's what I'm doing.  Ok, sorry about that Adam and, obviously, thank you.  Hopefully we're done with THAT crud.  Still recently not getting orders synced to Shippo, but that might be temporary.  I'll let you know if it is still a problem after the next orders come through....crossed fingers it was a temporary bug.  Thank you again!  {bonking head repeatedly}

Nothing to be embarrassed about! It is pretty weird that they would only now get filtered as spam, although maybe your email provider tweaked some settings or something. Hopefully syncing with Shippo is resolved, too - if not definitely post again so we can take a look!

Shippo update:  got a message from Shippo...

"Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry for any confusion this has caused you!

Our Weebly integration is evolving, Weebly partnered with Shippo to develop a streamlined label solution right in the Weebly platform. What that means is you won't be able to see orders sync to Shippo like you used to. 

With the new integration, all customers who are connected to Shippo through Weebly will now create their labels on Weebly’s platform. These will no longer import into our system. Weebly built this integration to help their customers get everything they need without ever having to leave the Weebly platform! This means you can create your labels, download packing slips, and send email notifications directly from your Weebly orders!"

This sucks for me since I print all orders via email and then run over to Shippo to print postage.  😞 

Massive lack of communication.  So, case solved, hopefully.  And disappointingly.

Thanks for posting, @mary8961 I'm going to investigate this further for you and others I've noticed bringing this issue up. So, you received an email from Shippo, but they were also able to restore you missing orders for you? Is there a reason why you print from Shippo's end and not from your store? There's many reasons for a seller to _need_ to print from Shippo directly and I'd like to gather more data for the teams. Thanks in advance!!

Thank you Bernadette.  I don't go to Weebly for orders because it's a bunch more steps for the same result.  I want a print out of an order....so I print it when Weebly email's one to me.  Super easy, simple and I don't have to head over to Weebly, sign i, go to orders, click on individual orders, print, etc.  Why would I?  Later on....when I'm ready to ship I enjoyed heading over to Shippo where all my orders were listed and I just make a label, easy peasy.  Not anymore!

Not sure if you are aware of this, but you can bulk print labels from Weebly as well. Smiley Happy Click on Orders>Create Shipping Labels and you can check off each order you need to make a label for.

Quick update: I was able to do a work-around to get Weebly orders to synch with Shippo by toggling through different pages and finally getting a link for 'Update recent orders" that would finally add the new orders to my list so I could fulfill them.  But now I just noticed a new order was actually listed on Shippo *without* having to go click around and 'force' the orders to show up.  So, maybe, things have finally gotten worked out.  Fingers crossed.
