Still having checkout problems
Some of my customers are still unable to check out with paypal on my website. I opened a ticket for this but it has been marked as solved without a reply to me and it very clearly isn't solved.

Hi my shop does not allow any checkouts. I've been trying it for a very long time and it doesn't let me buy products, so how can my costumers buy?

Actually, I'm seeing some javascript errors caused by the "Sales Pop" app from Beeketing. Can you try removing that, republishing, then testing again?

I turned all off my apps off a couple of days ago, there shouldn't be any rougue apps running on my site. In addition if you guys are supporting and actively promoting apps that are throwing garbage code into the mix and messing up your checkout cart, shouldn't you guys do something about that? Like ban those apps or revise your cart?

All of my apps were off as I previously stated, but I went a step further and deleted "sales pop" by beekeeting which I never even used to my knowledge and then republished. The cart still DID NOT WORK.
Also there is another issue in the cart. In the select your payment screen, the black "next" button, is all sorts of jacked up looking and falling out of the frame to the right. You guys might want to fix the parameters of that button.

I just found out why the weebly cart is not working and you guys need to fix this IMMEDIATELY.
This is such BS. So after trying a number of nonsenscal entries, I decided to test your **bleep** "optional" blanks to see if you guys have something jacked up there, just because whenevever something isn't working around here, just do all the things, and of course you do. OF COURSE you have conflicting optional entry blanks preventing checkout.
At this point, I would like to point out this screen in WEEBLY's store / setup / checkout / checkout options section of the store setting screen. Hey, look at that fandangled toggle next to "Make Phone number optional" - it looks like its toggled into the "ON" position and inded it is, therefore, this makes entering the phone number OPTIONAL for my customers. OPTIONAL, also known as, not required entry info in order to proceed with completing checkout. Yes? Not so on the ever elusive and bugged to hell Weebly platform.
I am now turning my phone number "required" back on, so that the BS of falsly making it optional, when it is actually required, will no longer present itself when my customers attempt to check out. I am
So since, I have this toggle switched to "optional", when my customers get to the phone number blank, if they should choose to avoid entering info that I do not need to have such as their phone number, they can proceed to checkout and will not receive an error code requesting that they enter required telephone info. That would be great and how it is supposed to work, but unfortunately, it is preventing them from checking out. Thats right. NOT HAVING A PHONE NUMBER ENTERED when I have it in my settings as "optional" IS WHAT IS CAUSING CHECKOUT ISSUES.
Let me break it down:
phone number is set to optional in checkout settings for weebly store
•no phone number entered during checkout (even though its set to optional) = no checkout
•enter phone number (even though its set to optional) = successful checkout
Your welcome, Weebly. I found the crux of the issue for you. Now go please go fix it! I am sure you have hundreds of other customers being affected by this issue that prevents their buyers from using their phones to buy from them, not even knowing it is an issue. Not being able to purchase via phone is something my buyers would have had to reach out and tell me about (how many would actually do that) or I would have to read about it here in the forums, which is how I found out to even go look to see if it was working. This has been jacked up for months.
In case one of you looks at my website now, I have indeed now turned my phone number to "required" so that my customers that were neglecting to enter their phone numbers will no longer be tricked into thinking its optional when in fact weebly still has a script that prevents them from checking out without it entered. Please don't let that deter you from fixing an issue that is negatively impacting your customers, just because I figured out a work around. Again, just to be thorough, this checkout problem exists when the phone number is set to "optional" but there is still a cart script that requires the phone number to be entered for completion of checkout even though the customer never receives an error prompt requesting info. I hate to repeat myself, but I have learned its valuable to do so here on Weebly.

@Creature, it looks like you're using our old PayPal integration. When you go to Store > Setup > Checkout, you'll see a message about this along with an Update button. Not only is the old integration deprecated, but it's also using an older PayPal API which is probably introducing some issues on their end as well. I would strongly recommend updating.
Regarding Beeketing's app I wasn't sure whether it was something causing a problem or not, though it doesn't usually help anything to have funky javascript errors during checkout.

Care to address the issue I pointed out with Weebly's cart design?
PLEASE FIX IT!
That jacked up black next button, doesn't exactly instill confidence in making an online purchase using a phone. Please fix the parameters in the code for that button so it falls inside the frame of the cart like it is supposed to.

Hello Creature! Sorry for the trouble, I haven't been able to get that to happen on a phone here. What was the model being used in this case?

I phone 5s ios 10.3
I finally was able to fix it through a workaround by requiring the phone number. You guys have both script issues with your cart, functionality and design issues with the parameters of a button. When do you guys plan to fix it?
The NEXT button is totally wack on the payment portion of the checkout screen. Its that black rectangle hanging over to the side. The next button looke fine with every other portion of the checkout process except when you get to payment. It looks very unprofesional. It exists with all app plug ins deleted, so I don't want to even hear you guys blame it on something else besides a malfunction in weebly's code. Please Please Please fix your checkout cart issues, weebly!
Doubts?Post links to other online weebly shops here and I will screen shot the checkout screen and post the results.

As you probably know by now, recreating the problem here is a big part of getting it resolved. While I don't doubt you're seeing it locally, getting it to happen here is key. Sometimes that means narrowing down how to do it as much as possible.
You mentioned earlier that you cleared it up on your current site. If you have any others it happens on, definitely let us know, so we can check it out in as much detail as possible.

NOPE. I never said that the code that makes the next button fall out of the cart when viewing the cart on an iphone fixed itself or disappeard. I specifically said it is still there, see above post. It looks like garbage to this day. Please take a screen shot of what your cart looks like if it supposedly doens't show this jacked up "next" button.
Also, what I said I fixed was the inability for anyone to purchase from my website on a phone. Yea, my website has been incapable of processing sales due to weebly for months, and I resolved that on my own without any help from you guys, because no one knew anything. Thanks.

The image here is what I'm getting so far. I'm assuming it means we're doing something different here to receive the different result.
Were you able to receive the email message regarding Emmanuel's call last month? They'd likely be able to help in more depth than we could here, and you'd be able to walk them through the exact steps to reproduce what you're seeing.
