Mobile Add to Cart and Cart not working

A customer contacted me using an Iphone and unable to add an item to their cart. Once I spoke with him I attempted on my Android phone using Chrome and no success as well. I tried Dolphin, Firefox and FlashFox none will add the item to the cart. All items behave in this manor except for one the Lifetime Membership.

Hi @jeverhart I was able to add an item to the cart. Did you see any type of error?

No errors just the add to cart button changing colors to symbolize being pressed then nothing.

Which specific product did you try? As you can see from the screenshot, I was able to add a coin without trouble.

I tried all the products after the customer called and said he couldn't add a lapel pin.  The only one I could get to add was the v lifetime membership.

What mobile device are you using, @jeverhart?

I'm using a One+ 6T. My customer is using an IPhone and other devices that have attempted to use were Google Pixel 2.

Hmm... Can you try temporarily switching back to a standard theme to see if that helps?

Hi,

I have the same problem. Add to cart and cart button not working on a mobile phone. I'm on an Andriod 9 using Chrome. Can you please check the url on your end? Same report form curstomers too. I tried clearing the history/cache and republishing the site, but that didn't help.

It's possible this is an issue with the custom theme your site is using, @ddphotography. Can you try switching to a standard theme temporarily to see if that resolves the issue for you?
