Still having checkout problems
Some of my customers are still unable to check out with paypal on my website. I opened a ticket for this but it has been marked as solved without a reply to me and it very clearly isn't solved.

Sorry to hear that, @milliesmum. What happens when your customers try to check out? Do they get an error?

nothing happens, they just get stuck on the checkout page, it wont direct them to paypal. I have just in the past 5 minutes had yet another customer post on my face book page to say they can't check out. I have had a few orders orders come through today but not the usuaul amount, I have been having to send paypal invoices then email the orders out instead of them being downloaded.
This has been going on nearly a week now. I am done with Weebly and looking to move my site, it is ruining my business that I have worked so hard to build in the last 12 months. I just cannot continue with all these problems.

I tested this in Chrome on my laptop and didn't have any trouble, and was sent to PayPal to complete an order. Do you know what browser or browsers your customers are using where it's not working? Are they ordering from your mobile or desktop site?

I have been talking to my customers to get as much information as I can and it appears to be if they are using a mobile device either phone or tablet then they run into problems and cant check out.

I am having the same issues -- I have my cart available for both PayPal and Square accounts and the cart is not working and it was like last time that I checked (maybe 2 weeks ago). Anyway, I think I am going to go back to just doing the PayPal button by itself -- I can do that through PayPal. The cart system doesn't seem to be brining me any customers -- have had no sales for months -- this is lousy system if I can't get anyone to purchase. I think easier one click is better than click "shop', "click add to cart", click "checkout" -- too many steps to get someone to buy.

What site are you having trouble with, @cdprogram? I didn't see any sites in the account tied to your Community profile that were upgraded to a plan where you could sell.

I am having a problem with my account it is saying that my store doesn't ship to this address every time I enter an address no matter what address it is.

Thanks for posting, @Linalashes. It looks like your store isn't published, so I can't test to see what is happening. Had you setup a region for shipping in Store > Setup > Shipping?

I am have the same problem with my weebly website: www.yogajewellery.co.uk it is taking over 20 seconds to go from check out to paypal.
I have had a web chat with weebly a few months ago and they could not replica the problem, but it is still going on i have no idea how many orders I am losing! I'm in the situation as @milliesmum I am getting to the end with weebly if this can't be resolved I will have to move my website to another provider. I have worked really hard over the last 5 years to build up a great reputation with my client base and I feel as that is all disolving!!
At my wits end with this problem.
Most of my clients us google and the problem is on laptops as well as tablets!

Once you click the button to continue to PayPal, you're basically waiting on PayPal's servers to respond and load their own checkout page. Unfortunately, that means there really isn't anything we can do to speed it up.
While I don't know why it would take a while for PayPal to load for you, the good news is that really shouldn't be an issue for anyone else including your customers.

For me there is no problem online and no problem with my android. Checkout does not work on iPhone.

We have the same problem, our customers can not fill the checkout fields. Since 4 days we have this problem we have lost more than 200 sales because of this error.
We have already written different emails to different agents and we do not get answers. Please, we need you to help us solve this problem as soon as possible.

I see only one email that was sent on December 25th just after midnight, that happens to be one of the two days in the year our office is closed. I've responded to that ticket now that we are back in the office.
I see you are on a custom theme. Can you temporarily switch to a standard theme, do a test order, and see if the cart is working then?

Sorry we are not on a custom thene, we have changed theme and now we can checkout, so its working now, but this means that we have to do loads of work on the website, very disappointed

Paypal does not work for checkout on any of our mobile devices. All devices are ios 10.3 or higher. I am using a new and joyless theme not customized.

Tried checking out via paypal. I have always been able to "get to that point" as you state you were also able to do, its getting the authentification and the initial paypal screen to load as it does for every other ecommerce platform that never happens with weebly checkout.
