Hi @brookesabourin The plan that you are on allows you to create manual shipping rate rules for the site checkout page, and create shipping labels through your store. If you want the real time rate to also show on checkout you would need to upgrade to the highest hosting plan.
Do you generally pay the same amount for shipping labels on each order? If so, you can make flat rate rule that is the average cost of shipping. You can also setup a tiered weight rule so that shipping is charged based on the weight of the shipment.
